Job Description

Financial Record Management:

Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records. Prepare and post journal entries. Reconcile accounts, including bank statements, credit card statements, and other financial records.

Financial Reporting:

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Generate financial reports for management and stakeholders. Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts.

Compliance and Audits:

Ensure compliance with accounting principles and regulations. Prepare for and assist with internal and external audits. Stay updated on changes in financial regulations and legislation.

Accounts payable and receivable:

Process invoices and ensure timely payment of bills. Manage accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding invoices. Perform credit control activities.

Tax and payroll:

Prepare and file tax returns. Handle payroll processing and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations. Assist with year-end tax filings and documentation.

Financial Analysis:

Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and areas for improvement. Provide financial insights and recommendations to support decision-making.

Other Duties:

Assist with special projects and initiatives as required. Collaborate with other departments to streamline financial processes.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
