Job: Accountant (CAPEX Accounting) Roles & Responsibilities Fixed Assets (PPE) Accounting in SAP
To co-ordinate with HR Dept for House furnishing asset \xef\x82\xb7 To co-ordinate with Purchase department and finance team for tool payments \xef\x82\xb7 To follow up with the respective departments for open CWIP line items \xef\x82\xb7 To capitalize the CWIP items and recorded the same in CWIP file \xef\x82\xb7 To settle the fixed assets with the use of correct capex document numbers \xef\x82\xb7 To respond all the e-Mail communications which is related to CAPEX \xef\x82\xb7 To co-ordinate with the persons requested to asset disposals \xef\x82\xb7 To support the audit requirements \xef\x82\xb7 To prepare the reports (CAPEX) on a timely basis or when required \xef\x82\xb7 Month end closure entries to be posted which is related to CAPEX alone. \xef\x82\xb7 To properly maintain the CWIP file Qualification:
B.Com / CA Intermediate Experience:
5 + Years in Accounts experience in manufacturing industry.
Good knowledge in SAP PPE (Fixed assets) Accounting
Good experience in reconciliation of customer and supplier accounts Job Location
