About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced

Accountant

with strong

ERP knowledge

to manage day-to-day finance and compliance functions in a

manufacturing environment

. The role requires hands-on expertise in accounting operations, statutory compliance, and coordination with banks and other departments.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain

day-to-day accounts

in ERP system (AP, AR, GL, vouchers, reconciliations). Prepare and update

budget sheets, P&L statements, balance sheets, and MIS reports

. Manage

GST, TDS, ESI, PF

filings and ensure statutory compliance. Handle

voucher filing, purchase bill checking, and vendor reconciliations

. Monitor

cash flow

, manage

petty cash

, and perform

bank reconciliations

. Prepare and process

Letters of Credit (LCs)

and

Bank Guarantees (BGs)

. Support audits (internal and statutory) and ensure compliance with accounting standards. Coordinate with procurement, production, and other teams for financial accuracy.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's/Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. 3-6 years of accounting experience in the

manufacturing industry

. Strong knowledge of

ERP systems

(SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar). Good understanding of

statutory compliance (GST, ESI, PF)

. Strong analytical skills with attention to detail. Ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
