A reputable organization is seeking an experienced Accountant Manager with strong financial management expertise and a background in the production/manufacturing sector.
Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day accounting operations and ensure compliance.
Prepare financial statements, MIS reports, and month/year-end closing.
Handle AP/AR, general ledger, budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
Coordinate with auditors, banks, and internal departments.
Monitor inventory accounting and provide financial insights to management.
Requirements:
B.Com + CA Inter (CA preferred).
5-10 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in manufacturing.
Strong ERP and accounting standards knowledge.
Excellent analytical, communication, and reporting skills.
