Key Responsibilities:

Independently manage day-to-day accounting operations for the division. Maintain accurate

accounts, ledgers, and financial records

in compliance with statutory requirements. Prepare and manage

bank reconciliations, GST & TDS filings, vendor and customer reconciliations

. Handle

invoices, expenses, claims, vendor payments, and updates

. Monitor cash flow, track budgets, and prepare periodic financial reports. Ensure timely error rectification, audit support, and compliance documentation. Support management in decision-making with

financial data insights and variance analysis

.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Proficiency in Tally (mandatory)

with strong ERP and accounting software knowledge. Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, or related field (B.Com / M.Com preferred). Strong grasp of

GST, TDS, bank reconciliation, vendor/customer accounts, and statutory compliance

. Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail. Proficiency in

Advanced Excel

(Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, data validation).

Preferred Skills:

Hands-on experience with

variance analysis, reconciliation, and MIS reporting

. Familiarity with

financial reporting structures and budgetary controls

. Ability to manage deadlines under pressure and maintain accuracy. Exposure to

accounts finalization and audit preparation
