Key Responsibilities:
1. Accounts & Finance
Maintain day-to-day accounts of the factory
Handle inventory accounts, vendor payments, and petty cash
Prepare and manage ledgers, vouchers, and bills
Coordinate with CA/firm for monthly/annual accounting
2. Factory Coordination
Supervise and coordinate with factory workers for smooth operations
Ensure workflow between architect/design team and factory execution
Track production schedules and ensure timely completion
3. Inventory & Stock Management
Maintain raw material and finished goods stock register
Record inward/outward material movements
Generate stock reports for management
4. Reporting & Documentation
Prepare daily progress reports for management review
Maintain dispatch records and coordinate logistics
Keep factory records, vendor details, and staff attendance updated
5. Operations Support
Ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of the factory
Maintain discipline and efficiency on shop floor
Act as a link between management, vendors, and workers
Requirements:
Graduate in Commerce / Accounts / Business Administration (preferred)
Minimum 2-5 years of relevant experience in accounts or factory coordination (furniture/interiors industry experience is a plus)
Knowledge of Tally / MS Excel / Inventory Management
Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
Ability to handle multitasking and deadlines
