Accountant

Key Responsibilities

Manage daily accounting transactions using

Tally ERP

Reconcile

accounts payable and receivable

Compute

taxes and file returns

as per statutory norms Prepare and analyze:

Cash Flow Statements

Balance Sheets

Profit & Loss Accounts

Maintain financial records and support audit procedures Monitor and enforce financial compliance procedures Assist in

budgeting, forecasting

, and financial planning Handle

invoice processing, journal entries

, and ledger maintenance Coordinate with vendors, banks, and consultants for financial matters Ensure timely

monthly and year-end closings

Maintain confidentiality and integrity of financial data Evaluate accounting software and suggest improvements Provide financial insights for

cost control and revenue enhancement

Eligibility Criteria

Bachelor's Degree in Commerce (B.Com) or equivalent

2-3 years experience

in accounting (school/institutional experience preferred) Proficiency in

Tally ERP

, MS Excel, and accounting software Strong understanding of

Indian taxation laws, PF

, GST, and TDS Familiarity with

audit preparation

, compliance, and financial documentation Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills Ethical conduct and attention to detail
