Maintain day-to-day accounting records including vouchers, invoices, receipts, and payments
Handle accounts payable and receivable for real estate projects
Record property-related transactions such as sales, purchases, rentals, advances, and deposits
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
Reconcile bank statements, cash books, and ledgers regularly
Manage GST compliance including return filing, reconciliation, and documentation
Assist in TDS calculation, deduction, and return filing
Track project-wise expenses, budgets, and cost reports
Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and statutory authorities when required
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies
Key Skills & Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Commerce / Accounting / Finance
Minimum 2 years of relevant accounting experience (real estate experience preferred)
Good knowledge of GST, TDS, and basic income tax
Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, ERP, or similar)
Strong knowledge of MS Excel
Good attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Preferred Candidate Profile:
Experience in real estate or construction accounting preferred
Understanding of project-based accounting
Good communication and coordination skills
