Budgeting & Cost Management: Develop and manage detailed budgets for construction projects, monitor project expenses, and analyze costs to identify potential cost overruns and savings.
Financial Reporting: Prepare and review financial statements, reports, and forecasts specific to construction projects.
Job Costing: Implement and maintain job cost tracking systems to accurately allocate costs to each project.
Invoicing & Payments: Process invoices from suppliers and subcontractors and manage payment requests.
Accounts Payable/Receivable: Oversee accounts payable and receivable functions, ensuring timely processing of payments and collections.
Contract Management: Monitor construction contracts, change orders, and subcontractor agreements to ensure financial compliance and manage commitments.
Cash Flow Monitoring: Track daily cash balances and manage cash flow to support project operations.
Audit Support: Coordinate and prepare necessary materials for internal and external audits, and assist with tax-related issues.
