Job Title: Accountant - RK Art of Interiors

Location: Kottakkal , Malappuram

RK Art of Interiors is looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accountant to manage our daily financial operations. The ideal candidate should have strong accounting knowledge, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks related to our interior design projects.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain daily accounts, entries, and financial records Handle GST, TDS filing, and monthly returns Manage accounts payable and receivable Prepare invoices, purchase orders, and payment follow-ups Monitor project expenses and maintain cost sheets Reconcile bank statements and ledger accounts Assist in monthly financial reports and budgeting Coordinate with vendors, clients, and management for financial clarifications Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field 1-3 years of accounting experience (preferably in construction/interior field, but not mandatory) Strong knowledge of Tally / Accounting software Good understanding of GST, TDS, and basic taxation Proficiency in MS Excel Strong attention to detail and time management

Skills Required

Accuracy in data entry Strong analytical skills Good communication skills Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
