Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations of the accounting department
Ensure timely preparation and accuracy of financial statements
Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures
Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
Monitor cash flow, fund management, and financial health
Ensure compliance with tax laws, audits, and other statutory requirements
Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory authorities
Analyze financial performance and provide insights to top management
Supervise and mentor junior accounting staff
Maintain relationships with banks, vendors, and stakeholders
Ensure the integrity of accounting systems and data security
Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce
Minimum 2 to 3 years of relevant experience, including managerial roles
Strong knowledge of accounting standards, tax laws, and compliance
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, ERP systems, SAP)
Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills
