Accountant

Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee daily accounting operations, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations. Prepare and analyze financial statements, reports, and budgets. Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations. Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes. Support audit preparations and provide necessary documentation. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy. Collaborate with other departments to ensure financial accuracy and support business objectives.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) is required.

Master's degree in Commerce (M.Com) is preferred.

Proven work experience as an Accountant or in a similar financial role. Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting. Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office Suite, especially Excel. Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
