Job Description

Key responsibilities & Deliverables Creativity:

  • Manage and solve problems as it relates to the idea and creative development process.
  • Provides a well-articulated point-of-view on creative work under evaluation.
  • Balances agency POV while also serving as the client advocate during internal discussions and meetings.
  • QC delivered creatives and share feedback to align new delivery timelines.
Relationships/Communication:
  • Actively listen to client perceptions, needs and expectations and anticipate client questions or needs.
  • Have clear knowledge of stakeholder priorities.
  • Has a thorough knowledge and understanding of agency processes and the time required.
  • Seek feedback & turn it into a meaningful and actionable direction for the creatives.
  • Displays a superior understanding of the needs of each department (agency and client side necessary) that will be involved in the execution of client projects.
  • demonstrates an understanding of client objectives, issues and requirements.
  • facilitate the smooth progress of client projects.
  • quality product, on time, on strategy and on budget.
  • Keeps managers, entire team & client counterparts informed of key developments on the projects.
Job Type: Full-time Salary: 936,000.00 - 956,000.00 per month Benefits:
