Olga Productions is a dynamic and growing film production company committed to creating high-quality content. We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Accountant with experience in the film industry to join our team.

The Accountant will be responsible for managing all financial aspects of film projects and the company's overall financial operations. The ideal candidate must have prior experience in the film/entertainment sector and a strong understanding of production budgets, cost tracking, GST/TDS compliance, and financial reporting specific to film production.

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and reconciliations. Prepare, monitor, and update production budgets, cash flows, and cost reports. Handle vendor payments, petty cash, and expense tracking for production and post-production activities. Coordinate with production managers and line producers for cost control and financial planning. Maintain accurate records of production expenses and ensure adherence to approved budgets. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and other statutory regulations relevant to the film industry. Assist in audits, financial reviews, and contractual agreements. Support forecasting, financial analysis, and overall business planning.
