Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day banking and internet banking activities.
Any Time Billing
Collaborate With Suppliers & Clients
Make shop appearences Neat & Clean
Handle import payments, coordinate with banks, and ensure timely collection of import documents.
Process utility bill payments (electricity, water, internet, etc.).
Conduct voucher audit approvals to ensure compliance and accuracy.
Prepare and maintain bank reconciliation statements.
Manage Bill of Entry submission and reconciliation for import transactions.
Oversee monthly salary processing And ensure accuracy and timely disbursement.
Maintain proper accounting records, support audits, and prepare financial reports as required.
Qualifications & Requirements
*Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce.
Minimum 1-2 years of proven experience in accounting or finance.
Priority For Furniture field Experience
*Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Ability to meet deadlines and work independently.
