We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to manage the financial operations of our restaurant. The role involves handling daily accounting activities, preparing financial reports, ensuring compliance with statutory regulations, and supporting management in decision-making through accurate financial insights.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate books of accounts (Cash, Bank, Sales, Purchase, and Expenses).
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales and expense reports.
Monitor cash flow, vendor payments, and petty cash management.
Handle GST, TDS, compliance and timely filing of returns.
Reconcile bank statements and POS/UPI settlement reports.
Coordinate with suppliers/vendors for invoice verification and payments.
Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and cost control for food and beverage.
Support audits and provide necessary financial data.
Ensure adherence to restaurant financial policies and internal controls.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance (B.Com/ M.Com).
Minimum experience (2-5 years) as an Accountant, preferably in the F&B/Restaurant industry.
Key Skill :
Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.
Proficiency in accounting software (Tally) and MS Excel.
Good analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
