We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Accountant to manage daily financial operations, maintain accurate records, and ensure compliance with accounting standards and statutory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain daily accounts, cash book, and bank transactions
Handle accounts payable and receivable
Prepare invoices, vouchers, and payment entries
Reconcile bank statements and ledger accounts
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
Manage GST filings, TDS returns, and statutory compliance
Assist in budgeting and expense control
Coordinate with auditors and handle audit requirements
Maintain proper documentation of financial records
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce
Proven experience as an Accountant (minimum 1-3 years preferred)
Knowledge of GST, TDS, and Indian accounting standards
Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, Busy, or similar)
Good knowledge of MS Excel
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to meet deadlines and work independently
Preferred Skills
Experience in retail/showroom accounting (added advantage)
Knowledge of inventory accounting
Good communication and coordination skills
