. The ideal candidate will ensure accuracy in financial reporting, maintain compliance with tax regulations, and support the management in making informed financial decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate books of accounts (Tally software).
Handle day-to-day accounting tasks including journal entries, bank reconciliations, and ledger maintenance.
Prepare and file GST, and other statutory returns on time.
Generate and analyze monthly financial reports, profit & loss statements, and balance sheets.
Process vendor payments, monitor receivables, and follow up on outstanding dues.
Coordinate with auditors during internal and statutory audits.
Assist in payroll preparation and employee reimbursements.
Maintain proper documentation of all financial transactions.
Handle petty cash management and expense tracking.
Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations.
