We are forming a

Strategic Operations Panel

under the

Office of the Managing Director (OMD)

at

Sairaworld Pvt Ltd

, tasked with ensuring that all our divisions function with integrity, efficiency, and alignment with corporate values. As an

Executive Associate - Accounts & HR Operations

, you will work closely with the

CMD and CFO

, providing operational insights, ensuring coordination across branches, and representing the company in professional settings.

Location/Travelling

: Head Office - Adoor, Pathanamthitta, Kerala, But the company is having workstations in Adoor, Kochi, Trivandrum, and Upcoming in Idukki. Each workstations/Ventures will have a separate Executive Accommodation facility for Strategic Operations Panel travel facilities.

Key Responsibilities



Strategic Coordination & Oversight



Support the

CMD/CEO

in overseeing operations across entities such as

SBMS SAIRA (India & Dubai), Skillspark JV, and Learn Extra (EdTech)

. Report on internal processes, HR practices, and financial activities--ensuring consistency with strategic goals. Participate in the

setup, review, and development

of new branches or ventures. Attend

management reviews, expos, events

, and act as a

company representative

during corporate gatherings.

Accounts & HR Monitoring



Assist the

CFO

and finance team in reviewing financial practices, reports, and compliance metrics. Monitor and report HR operations--staffing, documentation, and adherence to company policies. Coordinate with branch-level HR/Finance teams to gather and organize necessary inputs for leadership. Contribute to

standardization of reporting templates and dashboards

across divisions.

Panel-Based Responsibilities



Work as a

member of the CMD's executive panel

, upholding

management dignity, culture, and corporate values

. Ensure smooth internal communication between branches and the HO. Help plan and host

corporate events, expos, and leadership programs

on behalf of the HO Panel. Provide ground-level reports, staff engagement feedback, and assist in policy implementation reviews.

Mobility & Work Style



Must be

willing to travel

to various branch offices (Adoor, Kochi, Bangalore, Idukki, and Dubai) for short-term stays.

will be arranged for all official visits. Flexible, professional, and ready to work across departments under the guidance of the HO leadership team.

Who We're Looking For Education & Eligibility



Bachelor's Degree

in Commerce, Accounting, HR, Business Administration, or related fields.

Freshers are welcome

Skillset & Competencies



Accounting & HR Knowledge

: Basic understanding of finance & HR operations.

Tools Proficiency

: MS Excel, PowerPoint, Tally/QuickBooks, and familiarity with ERP systems.

Communication

: Excellent written and spoken English; confident in business interactions.

Professionalism

: Strong sense of responsibility, etiquette, and attention to corporate values.

Tech-Friendly

: Comfort with digital tools, including AI (ChatGPT), for communication and reporting.
