Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant with proficiency in Tally and Excel to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Record Management:

Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using Tally and Excel. Record daily transactions, including accounts payable/receivable, invoices, and bank reconciliations.

Financial Reporting:

Prepare financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements. Generate periodic financial reports and present findings to management. Manage accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring timely payments and collections. Reconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepancies.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Proven experience as an Accountant, with a strong background in Tally and Excel. Proficiency in Tally ERP 9 (or later versions) is mandatory. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis tools. Strong understanding of accounting principles, standards, and regulations. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Attention to detail and high level of accuracy. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
