Job Summary

Carino System Windows is looking for a detail-oriented and reliable

Accounts Executive

to manage day-to-day accounting activities, billing operations, and stock keeping. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring accurate financial records, timely invoicing, and effective inventory control to support smooth business operations.

Key Responsibilities

Accounting & Finance

Maintain day-to-day accounts, ledgers, and financial records Handle accounts payable and receivable Prepare vouchers, journal entries, and basic financial reports Assist in GST compliance, filings, and coordination with auditors/CA Monitor expenses and support management with cost tracking

Billing

Prepare and issue customer invoices accurately and on time Track payments, follow up on outstanding receivables, and update records Coordinate with sales and operations teams for billing accuracy

Stock & Inventory Management

Maintain stock records for system windows, doors, profiles, hardware, and accessories Track inward and outward materials and reconcile physical stock with records Monitor stock levels and report shortages or excess inventory Coordinate with procurement and production teams for material planning

General Responsibilities

Ensure proper documentation and filing of financial and stock records Support management with reports and data as required Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements

Required Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or related field 2-4 years of experience in accounting (experience in manufacturing/construction preferred) Knowledge of accounting software (Tally, ERP, or similar) Working knowledge of GST and basic statutory compliance Proficiency in MS Excel and basic computer applications Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to multitask and coordinate across departments

Preferred Skills

Experience in inventory/stock management Familiarity with system windows, doors, or construction-related materials Good communication skills in English and Malayalam
