Primary Responsibilities:

- Financial Analysis and Reporting: Analyzing financial statements, identifying trends, and preparing reports to aid in decision-making.

- Financial Operations Management: Supervising financial record-keeping, ensuring compliance with accounting principles, and managing financial transactions.

- Compliance and Risk Management: Ensuring compliance with accounting standards, regulations, and laws, while also identifying and mitigating financial risks.

- Team Leadership and Mentoring: Guiding and mentoring junior accountants, providing feedback, and fostering professional growth.

- Audit and Tax Support: Collaborating with auditors, preparing tax returns, and ensuring compliance with tax regulations .

Qualifications:

- Education: A bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance is typically required, with some employers preferring a master's degree or professional certifications like CPA or CMA.

- Experience: A minimum of 3 years of accounting experience, with some employers requiring experience in specific industries or roles.

Skills:

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel

- Excellent communication and leadership skills

- Attention to detail and organizational skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
