Position: AccountantKey Responsibilities
Maintain day-to-day accounting entries (sales, purchase, expenses).
Handle cash, bank, and POS reconciliation.
Prepare monthly financial statements and MIS reports.
Manage GST filings, returns, and statutory compliance.
Coordinate with auditors and tax consultants.
Monitor accounts receivable and payable.
Ensure accuracy in stock and inventory-related accounts.
Support management with financial data and analysis.
Maintain proper documentation and records as per company policy.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or equivalent.
Minimum 2-4 years of experience in accounting (retail/FMCG preferred).
Strong knowledge of GST, Tally/ERP, and MS Excel.
Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
Ability to meet deadlines and work independently.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Preferred Skills
Experience in multi-branch retail accounting.
Knowledge of inventory and cost control systems.
Exposure to audits and compliance processes.
