Maintain and update accurate financial records and accounts in Tally.
Prepare Profit & Loss Account, Balance Sheet, and other financial statements.
Perform monthly and periodic bank reconciliations.
Ensure all financial transactions are correctly recorded and documented.
Handle monthly closing activities and ensure timely reporting.
Prepare financial reports and summaries for management review.
Analyze financial data and provide insights for decision-making.
Maintain proper documentation and compliance with accounting standards.
Support internal and external audits when required.
Required Skills:
Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in accounting.
Strong knowledge of Tally ERP.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word & Excel).
Good understanding of financial statements and accounting principles.
Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
At least 2 years of experience in accounting or finance.
Maintain and update the financial records, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
Ensure all financial transactions are accurately recorded in the accounting system.
Prepare and submit financial reports to management on a regular basis.
Conduct monthly and annual closing procedures.
Analyze financial data and provide insights to management for decision-making.
Monitor accounts receivable and accounts payable.
Maintain and reconcile bank statements and other financial records.
Process payroll and ensure compliance with tax laws.
Work with external auditors during annual audits.
Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and guidelines.
Develop and maintain financial policies and procedures.
