to manage end-to-end accounting activities for our
mobile shop retail business

Kakkanad
. The ideal candidate must have strong hands-on experience in retail accounting and
mandatory knowledge of GST filing
, including sales, purchases, and stock-related transactions.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain daily accounts for mobile phones, accessories, and service-related sales
Handle complete
GST filing
including GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, and annual returns
Record purchase and sales entries with correct GST rates
Manage stock accounting and reconciliation for mobiles and accessories
Maintain cash book, bank book, and ledger accounts
Handle accounts payable and receivable
Perform bank reconciliation and cash flow monitoring
Prepare monthly financial reports and profit & loss statements
Ensure compliance with GST laws and statutory requirements
Coordinate with auditors and tax consultants when required
Requirements & Qualifications:
Minimum
5+ years of experience
as an Accountant (retail or mobile shop experience preferred)
Strong working knowledge of
GST filing and compliance (mandatory)
Proficiency in
Tally / accounting software
Experience in retail billing and stock management
Good knowledge of GST rates applicable to mobile phones and accessories
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Preferred Skills:
Experience in mobile shop or electronics retail accounting
Basic knowledge of income tax and audit support
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
