Job Title: Senior Accountant

Reports to: Finance Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Accountant to join our finance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and overseeing various aspects of financial accounting, including financial reporting, budgeting, and financial analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Financial Reporting: Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.

2. Accounting Operations: Oversee and manage daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.

3. Budgeting and Forecasting: Assist in preparing and managing budgets, forecasts, and financial models.

4. Financial Analysis: Analyze financial data and provide insights to management to inform business decisions.

5. Compliance: Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies.

6. Team Management: Supervise and mentor junior accounting staff to ensure accurate and timely completion of tasks.

7. Audits and Reviews: Coordinate and facilitate external audits and reviews.

8. Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.

Requirements:

1. Qualifications: M Com

2. Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a senior role.

3. Skills: Strong knowledge of accounting principles, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and proficiency in accounting software.

4. Leadership: Proven leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide team members.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
