Position Overview



We are seeking a smart and energetic lady staff to join our team as a

Hospital Accountant cum Administrator

. The ideal candidate will oversee administrative operations, manage day-to-day activities, and handle basic accounting responsibilities. This role requires excellent communication, organizational, and management skills to ensure smooth hospital functioning and an exceptional patient experience.

Key Responsibilities



Administrative Duties

: Supervise daily hospital operations and ensure all activities run smoothly. Manage schedules, appointments, and patient records. Coordinate with medical and non-medical staff for efficient functioning.

Accounting and Financial Tasks

: Maintain accurate financial records, including income, expenses, and invoices. Prepare basic financial reports and manage budgets. Handle billing, payments, and other transactions.

Customer Service and Communication

: Serve as the first point of contact for patients and visitors, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. Address patient inquiries and concerns professionally and promptly.

Team Management

: Lead and motivate the support staff to maintain high standards of service. Ensure compliance with hospital policies and procedures.

Qualifications and Skills



Education

: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field (preferred).

Experience

: Prior experience in administration or accounting will be an advantage. Basic knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping. Excellent communication skills in Malayalam and English. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Proficient in accounting software Tally ERP and MS Office .
