Job Roles and Responsibilities:
Data entry for Book Keeping ERP (Purchase, Sales, Expenses, and Bank and Cash Transaction)
Filing documents and attaching of the copy of documents to ERP
Track the documentation to assure regulatory compliance.
Bank Reconciliation.
Day book preparation
Prepare payroll data for attendance and preparation of Payroll.
Participate in monthly Inventory reviews.
Intercompany Reconciliation
Preparation of MIS reports and financial reports.
Direct and Indirect taxation: Reviews and Return Submissions
Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable Reconciliation
Performing such accounting and finance related assignments as delegated from time to time.
Experience:
5 years' Book keeping and Accounting experience.
Experience in MS Excel (using advance formula and data base management using filters & pivot table)
Experience in Data management
Educational Qualification:
Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, or Economics
CA Article ship completed, preferred with intermediate.
