Job Description

Manage day-to-day accounting operations using

Tally Prime

and

Zoho Books

. Handle

sales and purchase billing

, issue invoices, and ensure accuracy in client and vendor billing. Maintain

accounts payable and receivable

, perform bank reconciliations, and manage petty cash. Prepare and file

GST, TDS

, and other statutory returns on time. Track

project-wise expenses, materials, and payments

for accurate cost allocation. Maintain and verify supporting documents such as invoices, purchase orders, and supplier bills. Prepare

financial statements

,

monthly MIS reports

, and assist in budgeting and forecasting. Coordinate with project managers, site teams, and vendors to ensure timely billing and payment tracking. Support internal and external audits and ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies. Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance. Female candidate preferred

2-5 years of experience

in accounting and billing, preferably in

interior design, architectural, or construction companies

. Proficiency in

Tally Prime

and

Zoho Books

is preferred. Strong knowledge of

GST, TDS, and statutory compliance

. Excellent Excel skills, accuracy, and attention to detail. Strong communication, organizational, and coordination skills.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
