Accountant

to manage our financial processes and ensure smooth financial operations.

Role Overview

The Accountant will be responsible for overseeing daily accounting activities, preparing financial statements, managing statutory compliance, and supporting the management team with financial insights. This role requires a blend of strong technical accounting knowledge, attention to detail, and excellent organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain accurate financial records and ensure proper documentation of all transactions. Prepare and finalize monthly, quarterly, and annual accounts. Manage accounts payable and receivable, invoices, and reconciliations. Handle payroll processing, employee reimbursements, and related compliance. Ensure compliance with statutory requirements including GST, TDS, PF, ESI, and Income Tax. Assist in preparing budgets, forecasts, and cash flow statements. Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and financial institutions. Provide management with financial reports, MIS, and variance analysis. Monitor expenses and suggest cost-saving measures. Maintain confidentiality of financial data and ensure accuracy at all levels.

Preferred Candidate

Qualification:

B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter or equivalent

. Minimum

1-2 years of experience

in accounting and compliance. Proficiency in

Tally, MS Excel, and accounting software

. Strong knowledge of

statutory compliance and reporting

. Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Female candidates are preferred.

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
