Remex Medical Centre is looking for a skilled and detail-oriented
Accountant (Male)
with at least 2 years of experience to manage the financial operations of the clinic. The ideal candidate will handle daily accounting tasks, maintain accurate financial records, and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day accounting operations and maintain financial records.
Handle accounts payable and receivable, billing, and bank reconciliations.
Prepare and review financial statements, balance sheets, and profit & loss reports.
Monitor cash flow, petty cash, and expense tracking.
Process payroll and maintain staff salary records.
Prepare and submit VAT/tax returns in compliance with regulations.
Coordinate with management for budgeting and financial planning.
Liaise with auditors and external financial institutions when required.
Maintain confidentiality of all financial and patient-related data.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum
2+ years of experience
in accounting (preferably in healthcare or clinic operations).
Proficiency in accounting software such as
Tally, QuickBooks, or Zoho Books
.
Strong understanding of accounting principles, VAT, and financial reporting.
Excellent analytical and organizational skills.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in medical or healthcare industry accounting.
