Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day accounting activities and entries in Tally / ERP. Record and monitor sales, purchase, and expense transactions accurately. Conduct daily stock verification and reconcile with system reports. Track and maintain dump details, wastage, and returns data. Prepare daily and monthly financial summaries and reports. Verify supplier invoices, GRNs, and ensure timely entry in books. Assist in reconciliation of bank accounts, supplier, and customer balances. Monitor petty cash and ensure proper documentation of all expenses. Support store audits and ensure inventory accuracy. Coordinate with operations, procurement, and finance teams for smooth accounting flow. Maintain filing and record-keeping systems for all accounting documents. Ensure compliance with internal policies and reporting timelines.
Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor's degree in Commerce / Accounting / Finance. 2-3 years of experience in accounting or store finance. Strong knowledge of Tally / Excel / ERP systems. Excellent attention to detail and numerical accuracy. Good communication and coordination skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
