Jewellery Accountant is responsible for managing financial records, handling daily accounts, monitoring transactions, and ensuring accurate bookkeeping in a jewellery showroom or manufacturing unit. The role requires attention to detail, integrity, and good knowledge of accounting practices specific to the jewellery business. Key Responsibilities: Maintain daily financial transactions and prepare accounting records. Handle sales and purchase entries, stock reconciliation, and inventory management. Manage customer billing, gold/diamond stock valuation, and GST entries. Prepare daily, monthly, and annual financial reports. Coordinate with auditors and management for financial reviews. Handle petty cash, bank reconciliations, and payment processing. Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Accounting, or related field. 2-3 years of accounting experience (preferably in the jewellery sector). Knowledge of Tally / MS Excel / Jewellery accounting software. Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
