Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Accountant to manage financial records, ensure compliance with regulations, and support the organization's financial health. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate reports, reconciling accounts, and assisting in budgeting and forecasting.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and maintain financial records, ledgers, and reports. Handle accounts payable and receivable transactions. Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis. Ensure compliance with accounting principles, tax laws, and regulatory requirements. Coordinate with auditors during financial audits. Process payroll and maintain employee expense records (if applicable). Support management with financial data and analysis for decision-making.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. Proven experience in accounting or finance roles. Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices. Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, SAP, or MS Excel). Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Work Environment:

Office-based or hybrid depending on company policy. Regular interaction with management, auditors, and finance teams.
