We are looking for an experienced Accountant to manage our financial operations. The ideal candidate should have 2+ years of experience in accounting and be proficient in Tally and other accounting software.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain accurate financial records, ledgers, and reports specific to the recruitment industry.
Proficiency in Tally software is required for managing accounting operations.
Handle bank account management, ensuring smooth and timely financial transactions.
Perform bank reconciliations to ensure all payments and receipts are accurately recorded.
Process salary payrolls, including recruiter commissions and candidate-related financial transactions.
Prepare detailed financial reports to support management decisions.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
2+ years of overall accounting experience,
Proficiency in Tally and accounting software used for financial management in recruitment.
Strong knowledge of payroll processing, ledger preparation, and bank reconciliation.
