to manage the financial transactions and accounts of our mobile retail store in Kakkanad. The ideal candidate should have solid knowledge of accounting principles, GST filing, and inventory management related to retail operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate records of daily sales, purchases, and expenses.
Prepare and reconcile financial statements and reports.
Handle GST, TDS, and other statutory filings on time.
Manage cash flow, vendor payments, and petty cash.
Coordinate with auditors and external accountants when required.
Monitor stock and inventory records in coordination with the store team.
Prepare monthly profit & loss statements and balance sheets.
Ensure all financial documents are properly filed and up to date.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Commerce, or related field.
Minimum 3 years of accounting experience (preferably in retail or trading).
Proficiency in Tally ERP, MS Excel, and other accounting software.
Good knowledge of GST, TDS, and basic taxation.
Strong analytical and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
