Accountant
to join our finance team and help manage the company's financial operations efficiently.
Job Summary
The Accountant will be responsible for handling daily accounting tasks, maintaining accurate financial records, preparing reports, and supporting management in financial decision-making. The ideal candidate should have solid accounting knowledge, strong analytical skills, and experience in the retail or FMCG sector.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain and update accounting records, ledgers, and financial statements.
Prepare and review daily, monthly, and annual financial reports.
Handle accounts payable and receivable, invoices, and reconciliations.
Assist in preparing budgets, forecasts, and financial analyses.
Ensure compliance with tax regulations, statutory requirements, and company policies.
Coordinate with internal departments to monitor expenses and cost control.
Support external and internal audits by providing required documentation.
Manage petty cash and bank reconciliations.
Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of all financial data.
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Professional certification (CPA, ACCA, or equivalent) is an advantage.
2-5 years of experience as an Accountant, preferably in the retail or FMCG industry.
Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Tally, or ERP systems) and MS Excel.
Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
