Accountant

Key Responsibilities

Maintain accurate books of accounts and daily accounting entries. Handle accounts payable and receivable, vendor reconciliation, and bank statements. Prepare and manage invoices, purchase orders, and expense reports. Support monthly financial closing, P&L, and balance sheet preparation. Ensure GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance filings. Assist in financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting. Coordinate with auditors and external consultants. Manage import documentation and track related logistics costs. Identify areas for process improvement and support automation initiatives.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Commerce / Accounting / Finance (M.Com preferred). 1-3 years of accounting experience preferred. Knowledge of

Tally / Zoho Books / QuickBooks

or similar software. Sound understanding of accounting principles and statutory regulations. Strong Excel and analytical skills. Excellent attention to detail, communication, and organizational abilities. Positive attitude and eagerness to learn in a growing organization.
