Cloudhouse Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is a fast-growing IT services company delivering innovative software and cloud-based solutions. We're looking for a detail-oriented Junior Accountant to support our finance operations and help maintain financial accuracy as we scale.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in day-to-day accounting tasks such as data entry, billing, and voucher preparation.
Maintain records of accounts payable and receivable.
Support monthly and yearly financial closings.
Help prepare basic financial statements and reports.
Perform bank reconciliations.
Assist in filing GST, TDS, and other statutory returns.
Manage petty cash and employee reimbursement records.
Coordinate with internal departments for invoice and payment follow-ups.
Maintain accounting documents and records in an organized manner.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
B.Com, M.Com, or equivalent degree in Finance/Accounting.
1 year of accounting experience (job).
Familiarity with Tally, Zoho Books, or any other accounting software.
Basic understanding of GST, TDS, and other tax concepts.
Proficiency in MS Excel and Google Sheets.
Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
Nice to Have:
Experience in an IT company or startup environment.
Basic knowledge of payroll, PF, and ESI processes.
