About the Company

We are a growing organization based in UAE, committed to delivering quality services and maintaining strong financial operations. We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Accounts Executive with strong knowledge of Tally to join our team and support day-to-day accounting and financial activities.

Educational Qualification

Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field*
Certification or hands-on experience in Tally ERP is mandatory*

Key Responsibilities

As an Accounts Executive, your role will include:

Managing day-to-day accounting operations, including journal entries, ledger maintenance, and voucher preparation*
Handling accounts payable and receivable, vendor payments, and customer invoicing*
Maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring all entries are posted correctly in Tally*
Performing bank reconciliations and monitoring cash flow statements*
Assisting in preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports*
Preparing GST returns, TDS filings, and supporting compliance activities as required*
Coordinating with auditors during audits and assisting with documentation*
Maintaining proper records of company expenses, payroll, and petty cash transactions*
Providing regular financial updates to the management and supporting budgeting activities*

Skills & Requirements

Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Tally ERP*
Good understanding of accounting principles, GST, TDS, and statutory compliances*
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills*
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in work*
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team*
Basic communication skills in English and Malayalam*
