Our products are handwoven by local artisans, combining tradition with contemporary design. We are growing rapidly and seeking a reliable Accountant cum Admin professional to support our operations.
Key Responsibilities
Accounts & Finance
Maintain day-to-day accounting records (sales, purchases, expenses, payments).
Manage GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance and filings.
Prepare monthly financial statements, bank reconciliation, and cash flow reports.
Handle payroll, vendor payments, and petty cash management.
Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
Administration
Maintain office records, files, and documentation.
Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal teams for smooth operations.
Oversee inventory documentation, order processing, and logistics coordination.
Support HR functions (attendance, leave records, basic HR documentation).
Handle communication with government departments, banks, and auditors as required.
Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Commerce/Accounting/Finance (or equivalent).
1-3 years of experience in accounting and admin roles (fashion/retail experience is a plus).
Proficiency in Tally/Zoho Books/QuickBooks or other accounting software.
Good knowledge of GST, TDS, and Indian accounting standards.
Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Attention to detail, integrity, and ability to work independently.
