Job Responsibilities:
Manage
general accounting
operations
, including bookkeeping and financial records.
Oversee
purchases
, ensuring timely procurement of goods and services.
Generate purchase orders (POs)
and maintain accurate records of orders.
Enter purchase details
(invoices, supplier information) into accounting systems.
Handle
payments processing
, including vendor payments and reconciliations.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Knowledge in
MS Word and MS Excel
is a must.
Strong
typing skills
(added advantage).
Ability to work efficiently in a
supermarket environment
with multiple transactions.
Detail-oriented with excellent
organizational and time management skills
