We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Accountant with 2-5 years of relevant experience in the construction industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting tasks, maintaining accurate records, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with tax regulations.

Responsibilities:

Maintain accurate books of accounts (Journal, Ledger, Trial Balance). Handle accounts payable and receivable, petty cash, and bank reconciliations. Prepare GST, TDS, PF, and ESI filings and returns. Generate project-wise costing and profitability reports. Monitor billing cycles, follow-up for payments, and record receipts. Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and audit preparations. Coordinate with the site team and vendors for financial data. Use accounting software such as Tally ERP, MS Excel, or other ERP tools.
Requirements:

B.Com/M.Com or equivalent degree in Accounting or Finance. 2-5 years of accounting experience in a construction/interior firm. Sound knowledge of Tally, GST, and TDS. Familiarity with construction project billing and site accounting practices. Proficient in MS Excel and document management. Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and time management.
Preferred Skills:

Knowledge of Tally ERP, Zoho Books and other accounting software.
