Key Responsibilities:
Maintain day-to-day financial records, including accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations, and general ledger entries
Prepare and file GST returns and ensure compliance with all applicable tax regulations
Handle all transactions in
Tally ERP
and
Zoho Books
Monitor and manage
inventory
, ensuring accurate stock levels and reporting
Prepare
cost estimates and quotations
for clients and projects
Support audits and assist in financial reporting as required
Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal teams for financial documentation and follow-ups
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in a design, construction, or service-oriented industry
Proficient in
Tally ERP
,
Zoho Books
, and Microsoft Excel
Strong knowledge of
GST regulations
and return filing
Experience in
inventory management
and
cost estimation
Attention to detail, good organizational and communication skills
