Job Description

JVM Architects is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Accountant with a minimum of

2 years of experience

, preferably in the construction or architectural industry. The ideal candidate should be capable of managing the company's financial records, handling labor payments, tracking project-wise expenditures, and ensuring timely billing and reporting.

This is a key role that requires accuracy, responsibility, and the ability to coordinate with both the office and site teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day accounting operations and financial transactions Maintain accurate records of labor payments, vendor bills, and site expenditures Prepare and manage project-wise expense reports Handle GST filings, TDS, and other statutory compliance Process invoices, purchase orders, and payment vouchers Coordinate with site supervisors to track on-site cash flow and material expenses Reconcile bank statements and monitor accounts receivable/payable Generate monthly financial reports and assist in budget planning
Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting (construction industry preferred) Proficiency in

Tally, Excel, and basic accounting software

Strong understanding of construction-related billing and payment processes Excellent organizational and time-management skills Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality Preference will be given to candidates residing in ernakulam.
