Job Description

1. Financial Management & Bookkeeping



Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions. Handle accounts payable and receivable. Prepare financial statements and reports (profit & loss, balance sheet, etc.).

2. Project Costing & Budgeting



Track project-wise expenses including materials, labour, and subcontractors. Work closely with project managers/designers to ensure projects stay within budget. Assist in preparing cost estimates and financial projections.

3. Vendor & Client Billing



Manage purchase orders and invoices from vendors. Generate and track client invoices as per project milestones. Handle advance payments, retention amounts, and final settlements.

4. Taxation & Compliance



Ensure timely filing of GST, TDS, and other applicable taxes. Coordinate with auditors for periodic audits. Maintain compliance with financial regulations and standards.

5. Payroll & HR Coordination



Process salaries, manage ESI, PF, and other statutory deductions. Track attendance and coordinate with
