We Are Hiring: Accounts Manager - FMCG (Frozen Food Manufacturing)

Location: Raipur, Chhattisgarh

Position: Full-Time | On-Site

We are looking for a detail-driven, analytical, and responsible Accounts Manager to join our leadership team and manage end-to-end financial operations.

1- Key Responsibilities

-Oversee complete accounting operations for FMCG manufacturing units.
-Manage accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations.
-Handle cost accounting, inventory valuation, raw material costing & factory financials.
-Supervise monthly closing, budgeting, forecasting, MIS & variance analysis.
-Ensure timely compliance with GST, TDS, PF/ESI, audits, and statutory regulations.
-Monitor plant expenses, production costing & stock movement.
-Coordinate with auditors, banks, vendors, and cross-functional teams.
-Provide financial insights to management for strategic decision-making.

2- Candidate Profile
-Bachelor's/master's degree in commerce, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
-4-5 years' experience in FMCG or manufacturing accounting is mandatory.
-Strong understanding of cost accounting, inventory control, ERP/Tally, GST & MIS.
-Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
-Ability to work independently and manage factory-level accounts.
