Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts and Admin Assistant to support day-to-day accounting and administrative functions at our Karjat facility. This role involves bookkeeping, office administration, payroll assistance, and vendor coordination.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain accurate bookkeeping and daily account entries using Tally or similar software
Manage invoices, receipts, petty cash, and expense reports
Assist with payroll processing and attendance tracking
Support office administration including filing, communication, and inventory management
Coordinate with vendors for billing and payments
Help maintain employee records and HR documentation
Assist management with various administrative tasks as required
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or related field preferred, but relevant work experience may be considered
1-3 years of experience in accounts and/or office administration preferred
Proficiency in Tally, MS Excel, and basic accounting software
Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality and work independently
Fresher's with strong accounting knowledge welcome to apply
Salary & Benefits
Monthly salary ?15,000 - ?20,000 based on experience
