Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable

Accountant

to manage daily accounting tasks, maintain accurate financial records, and ensure compliance with GST and related statutory requirements. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with

Vyapar App

GST filing

,

vendor management

, and documentation such as

delivery challans, e-way bills, tax invoices, and B2C transactions

.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions. Manage day-to-day accounting operations using

Vyapar App

. Prepare and issue

Tax Invoices, Delivery Challans

, and maintain proper records. Generate and manage

E-Way Bills

for goods movement. Ensure timely

GST filing

(GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, etc.) and reconciliation of input/output tax. Handle

vendor payments

, maintain vendor ledgers, and verify bills/invoices. Record

B2C and B2B transactions

accurately and reconcile accounts. Assist in monthly and yearly financial reporting. Coordinate with auditors and management for financial reviews. Ensure compliance with accounting standards and statutory requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in

Commerce, Accounting, or Finance

(B.Com / M.Com preferred). Proven experience (1-3 years) as an

Accountant

or similar role. Proficiency in

Vyapar App

and

MS Excel

. Good knowledge of

GST laws

,

TDS

, and

accounting principles

. Experience with

E-Way Bill

,

Delivery Challan

, and

Tax Invoice

generation. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with

inventory and vendor management

. Knowledge of other accounting software is a plus.

Salary:
