About the Role

We are looking for a

Junior Accountant

with strong knowledge of

end-to-end accounting processes

using

Tally

and

Zoho Books

. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, organized, and eager to learn modern accounting practices within a dynamic business environment.

Key Responsibilities

Manage

day-to-day accounting activities

in Tally and Zoho Books. Handle

accounts payable and receivable

,

journal entries

, and

bank reconciliations

. Record and maintain

vouchers, invoices, and financial transactions

. Assist in

month-end and year-end closing

processes. Support in the preparation of

financial statements and reports

. Coordinate with internal teams for data accuracy and compliance. Maintain proper documentation and ensure

timely filing and reporting

.

Required Skills

Strong knowledge of

Tally ERP

and

Zoho Books

. Understanding of

basic accounting principles

and financial processes. Proficiency in

MS Excel

and general computer applications. Good communication and organizational skills. Attention to detail with a proactive attitude to learn and adapt.

Educational Qualification

Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related field.

Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience

are encouraged to apply.
